Johnson County Dermatology is working to safeguard our patients and staff from the spread of COVID-19 by diligently sanitizing chairs, surfaces, frequently handled items, equipment, and rooms.  We are accommodating social distancing practices and are asking all patients and visitors to wear masks

INDIVIDUALS AT HIGH RISK FROM COMPLICATIONS FROM COVID-19
(e.g. elderly, immunocompromised, heart or lung disease)

High risk individuals are encouraged to weigh the risks vs benefits of leaving home for a visit.  We will happily accommodate cancellations and delay your visit.  For more information about high risk groups click here.

BEFORE COMING IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT:

IF YOU HAVE any of the below symptoms  please call our office to reschedule your appointment:

  • COUGH
  • SHORTNESS OF BREATH OR DIFFICULTY BREATHING

OR AT LEAST TWO OF THESE SYMPTOMS:

  • FEVER
  • CHILLS
  • REPEATED SHAKING WITH CHILLS
  • MUSCLE PAIN
  • HEADACHE
  • SORE THROAT
  • NEW LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL

CHILDREN HAVE SIMILAR SYMPTOMS TO ADULTS AND GENERALLY HAVE A MILD ILLNESS

IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY TRAVELED OR BEEN IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS, please contact our office to discuss your travel.

FOR ALL HEALTHY PATIENTS, please wear your masks to your appointment, practice social distancing and excellent hand hygiene.

PLEASE NO ACCOMPANYING VISITORS (including children). MINOR CHILDREN may be accompanied by 1 parent or guardian.

AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you don’t have any of the above symptoms, check-in at our front desk.

Please advise the front desk if you prefer to wait in your vehicle. 

We will text you when your provider is ready to see you

Any accompanying visitors will be asked to wait in his/her vehicle.
